Seeing the Lord Jesus is essential for our transformation to His image. We shall bear the image of the Lord Jesus in proportion of the vision and revelation of Himself that we have received. The apostle John wrote, “Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.” (1 John 3:2) A certain brother from the early church had an experience of seeing the Lord Jesus for several days in a row.
